COMPETITION POSITION
The annual FIND A HERO music international competition provides a unique opportunity for young vocalists, musical artists, dancers, video makers, musicians, composers and arrangers to prove themselves in working with professional artists on a real theater stage and gain invaluable experience. Thanks to our competition, the winners will have a unique opportunity to conclude a contract for participation in the musicals “THE RAIN TIME”, “PHANTOMAGIC” and “FIND A HERO” and participate in the filming of the full-length musical film “FIND A HERO” .
The best of the winners will be awarded with valuable cash prizes from the fund, sponsors, organizers and from funds received from SMS votes of spectators and fans.
The annual musical international competition “FIND A HERO” is held by the MAGIC HEAVEN ENTERTAINMENT Film Company, the KEYNOTE ART MEDIA GROUP Production Center (hereinafter “KEYNOTE AMG”) in conjunction with the SERVICE CLUB company.
Goals and Objective of the Competition
To identify the most vivid and talented young performers who own a wide range of expressive means, which includes vocals, stage movement, dance, acting, playing instruments, arranging and the ability to create video clips.
Get to know representatives of various theater, vocal, music and directing schools.
The competition provides an opportunity for new talents to prove themselves and get the opportunity to work with professional artists in the musicals “THE RAIN TIME”, "PHANTOMAGIC" and "FIND A HERO" in the context of using new theater and visual technologies.
1. The competition program also includes short scenes and musical works from the musicals “THE RAIN TIME”, “PHANTOMAGIC” and “FIND A HERO” , the production of which takes a strictly limited time. Musical works of the musical “THE RAIN TIME” are performed in Russian. But, for the composition of the group, which will tour abroad, the songs will be performed in English, as the project is international, and the tracks from the musical will be broadcast worldwide. Musical works from the musicals PHANTOMAGIC and FIND A HERO are all performed in Russian.
2. The jury of the contestants will listen to and give their performances expert assessments: well-known producers, composers, choreographers, vocalists, musical artists, musicians, directors and producers of the show “THE RAIN TIME” , pop stars and representatives Media (invited by the jury).
3. Information about the competition was published on September 01, 2017 on the websites:
- www.naitigeroy.rf and www.find-hero.com. Since September 1, information about the competition has also appeared on posters, banners, posters on city highways, electronic displays, stops and poster stands in Moscow.
4. Persons not younger than 7 (seven) years old are allowed to the competition, regardless of nationality.
5. The annual musical international competition “FIND A HERO” is held in three rounds - “SELECTION” , “SEMI-FINAL” and “FINAL” .
6. At the SELECTION round, participants present their musical audio and video material in any language - Russian or English. Future participants send the Application Form in electronic form to the mail: konkurs-musical@bk.ru . The application form sent to the mail of the organizing committee wishing to take part in the competition is a certificate of agreement with all its conditions. The participant who submitted it will be invited to audition for a month.
7. SEMI - FINAL - contestants demonstrate musical compositions and dance numbers on stage, including from musicals - “THE RAIN TIME” and “PHANTOMAGIC” . The one who, according to the jury, managed his party better than anyone, goes to FINAL .
8. The performances of the participants are evaluated by the audience and the jury. The participants in the project are those who gained the largest number of spectator votes (SMS voting), and those who, according to the jury, managed their party better than anyone else. Competitors are provided with costumes (at the expense of the contestants) for participation in the FINAL of the competition - in GALA CONCERTS .
9. The term for the SEMI-FINAL and FINAL COMPETITIONS is from April 15 to May 20, 2020 .
10. To organize listening to musical works and watching dance numbers, the organizers of the competition provide a number of mentors to work with vocals, including stage director and choreographers in the production work with the contestants.
11. FINAL: - The winners of the project for further participation in the musicals - “THE RAIN TIME”, “PHANTOMAGIC” and “FIND A HERO” are chosen by the musical producers, invited stars of the show business and the jury. The winners of “audience sympathy” will also be selected.
12. In the FINAL, the contestants will play theatrical scenes from musicals, with live performance of vocal and musical parts, as well as choreographic numbers.
13. The decision on the winners in FINAL will be published on the websites: www.naitigeroy.rf and www.find-hero.com no later than May 30, 2020.
14. All performances of the contestants in the SEMI-FINAL and FINAL will be filmed on video cameras for further study by the jury and the organizers of the competition.
15. The winners of the competition for the contracts will take part in the GALA-CONCERTS of the competition. The contest organizers will hold 2 (two) independent GALA CONCERTS , with the winners of the contest.
16. The awarding ceremony and the final gala concerts will be held in the period: May - June 2020 (reporting premiere shows “THE RAIN TIME”) - follow the advertisement.
17. In the GALA CONCERTS, the winners of the contest will present their works from the scenes shown in the SEMI-FINAL and FINAL from the musicals “THE RAIN TIME”, “PHANTOMAGIC” and “FIND A HERO” . Before the concerts, dress rehearsals will take place.
18. A contract for participation in the musicals “THE RAIN TIME”, “PHANTOMAGIC” and “FIND A HERO” will be concluded with the best of the winners .
19. The best winners will receive valuable cash prizes from producers (information will be later provided on the website) and gifts.

21. Winners in the contest nominations will be announced at the final final concert in LIVE on one of the country's leading television channels. The winners will be awarded valuable cash prizes, valuable gifts and prizes from sponsors, organizers, SMS voting fund.
22. Directors and clip makers:
SELECTION WORKS on work with clips are held at the address: Moscow. st. Race house 3, building 8 - 1 (one) once a week according to the schedule, in the presence of producers and the jury.
23. Participants in the competition do not receive a fee both for speaking at the competition and for any further use of the recordings and broadcasts of these performances at the competition with their participation. The film company "MAGIC HEAVEN ENTERTAINMENT" has exclusive rights to sell and use audio and video recordings at its discretion, without violating the laws of the Russian Federation, as well as to broadcast competitive auditions and final gala concerts.
24. In the event of a dispute in the interpretation of these terms and conditions, the only correct text shall be Russian.
25. The competition program also includes musical works from the musicals “THE RAIN TIME” and "PHANTOMAGIC". The film company "MAGIC HEAVEN ENTERTAINMENT" has exclusive management rights to libretto, script, music, directing and choreographic production of the musicals "SEASON OF RAINS" and "PHANTOMAGIC". Participants choose one song, one duet or one mass scene with a choreographic performance from the list.

PRIZE FUND
1. Winners in each nomination will receive valuable cash prizes - 300,000 RUBLES each
from a fund formed by: - organizers, foundations, sponsors and SMS voting from viewers
and listeners of the competition.
2. With the best of the winners of the competition (approximately = 100 people) - contracts for
further work in the musicals “THE RAIN TIME”, "FANTOMAGIC" and "FIND A HERO" (on
a certain period, with the right to extend).
3. The jury and representatives of the sponsors will select the contestants who have especially distinguished themselves by their participation and
performances. They will be given additional grants and prizes from the Production Center,
music studio, partners and project sponsors:
- Cash and other valuable prizes from project organizers and sponsors;
- Participation as heroes in the filming of the full-length musical film "FIND A HERO";
- Participation in the shooting of the television program “REMEMBER TIME” as the hero of the program, with
broadcasting the program on the TV TOCHKA TV satellite channel and on the Internet;
- Shooting a clip as a gift from the "MAGIC HEAVEN ENTERTAINMENT" Film Company with a presentation, with
broadcasting the clip on the air on cable TV channels and on the Internet;
- Video interview for the international music channel ___________ followed by broadcasting;
- Recording on a professional studio single or album, for further replication and
implementation;
- Creation of a new composition of the musical group and / or participation in the finished team from the Producer
KEYNOTE AMG Center;
- Organization of a tour from project partners;
- Training at the “KEONIK Art Theater” at the expense of the organizers;
- Incentive prizes from sponsors and more.
For all participants of "GALA CONCERTS":

- Video cut of the “Gala Concert” in the format of a video clip (film), with the participation of contestants.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE
To participate in the competition, it is mandatory to provide: Preliminary Application Form in the form of the project.
All fields in the application are required, otherwise the application is not considered.
COMPETITION REQUIREMENTS
A competitor in the Qualifying round performs with one dance number, a musical, instrumental or vocal piece in any language, any style, in any genre.
Contestants who wish to participate in the nomination for the selection of the best clip maker are required to provide the jury with 1 (one) video clip - the timing is no more than 4 (four) minutes.
As a musical accompaniment, an MP3 audio recording is used (minus 1).
Be sure to write in the file name (name of the artist, team and song name).
Be sure to indicate the author of the music and the text of the performed work.
The timing of each work should not exceed 4 (four) minutes.
Recording an auxiliary voice (backing vocals) is permissible if it does not duplicate the main voice (melody line).
Musical accompaniment is accepted on a flash card (1 file on an empty flash drive).
Vocalists are forbidden to perform under the full soundtrack (+)
A candidate whose participation was approved in the Qualifying round has the right to independently choose a song, including from the musicals “SEASON OF RAINS” and “PHANTOMAGIC” for further performance.
All musicals tracks will be posted on the website: www.naitigeroy.rf for further performance in the semi-finals and finals of the competition.

CONDITIONS OF THE COMPETITION
The organizers of the competition approved the conditions and made a decision:
- to conduct the maximum selection of participants in 7 nominations.
The competition will take place in several stages over a period of 5 months.
1st STAGE (ELIMINATION) - 2 months:
At the first stage, members of the jury decide on the selection of the main applicants for participation in the competition in 7 nominations.
Of those who submitted applications for participation in the competition, about 300 people will be selected the main contenders who will begin the fight for victory and participation in the Gala concerts.

2nd STAGE (COMPETITION - SEMI-FINAL) - 1 month:
The winners of the 1st stage will continue their real and serious struggle, which we will observe almost several days a week both live at the competition site and on the Internet on a special video channel in YOUTUBE during the next month.
At the time of the passage of the 2nd stage , in addition to the jury members, the audience themselves on the Internet will also make a decision. They will be active participants in the selection and will observe in real time which of the participants becomes the leader, and who has "the stars and fortune turned away" from him (her). Also, SMS voting will take place, the funds from which will go to charity and financial assistance will be provided to needy and sick children and orphans.

3rd STAGE (COMPETITION - FINAL) - 1 month:
The winners of the 3rd audition round, based on a tough and fair selection, will advance to victory.
The show of the 3rd stage of selection will be filmed and broadcast on the air of one of the leading TV channels, as well as on the Internet. Own musical television program will weekly cover all the events of the competition and interview the real heroes of this show. During the third stage, SMS voting will also take place, the funds from which will go to charity and financial assistance will be provided to needy and sick children and orphans.
Out of 200 nominees, the jury and the audience in 7 nominations will determine the winners - 100 people *** (2 sets of participants in musicals).
*** For the musical "SEASON OF RAINS" an additional 3rd cast of artists with knowledge of English will be selected for future tours of the show abroad.
4th STAGE (PREPARATION FOR GALA CONCERTS AND AWARDING) - 1 month:

After receiving the Application Form, the organizers assign a registration identification number to the participant. Next, the participant is determined the day for performing on the QUALIFICATION TOUR.

The performance of the participants in the SEMI-FINAL will be filmed with professional television equipment, with the involvement of the director and camera crew from the representatives of the TV channels.
